NIBS depends on a large team of regular and reliable volunteers who help run all aspects of the shop. As such we welcome expressions of interest in volunteering. We have roles for volunteers both staffing the bookshop, as well as sorting & pricing book donations. Please contact the bookshop if you’re interested.
The ideal volunteer is someone who:
- is interested in left/progressive politics and/or enjoys books;
- is able to commit to a weekly 2-4 hour shifts
- is honest and reliable.
